All breakages must be paid for
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any of our cottages, you can smoke or vape on the decked area outside each cottage
No pets are allowed in any of our cottages
The farm is out of bounds to all guests
The payment of a 25% deposit will confirm your booking, this is non-refundable
The balance payment of 75% is to be paid not less than 4 weeks before arrival
If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before arrival, there is no refund of monies paid, but the money paid can be put towards a future booking
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before arrival 50% of monies paid will be refunded, the remaining money paid can be put towards a future booking
